By accessing or using Wizzl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to register for or use Wizzl. By using the Service, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
For content involving mature themes (e.g., NSFW), users must comply with legal age restrictions and must label such content clearly using the tools provided by Wizzl.
Are there any plans to implement age verification for sensitive content?
You may use Wizzl to post text, images, videos, and other content, including content offered behind paywalls.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share. This includes ensuring that your content does not infringe on intellectual property rights or violate any laws.
You may not post content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, pornographic (if it violates local laws or platform rules), or otherwise harmful.
You must not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the platform, including engaging in scraping, reverse engineering, or using bots/spam.
Should AI-generated content have any special disclosures?
All users have access to a free account. Users may offer or purchase subscriptions to access exclusive content via our integrated payment provider, Stripe.
Wizzl takes a platform fee from each subscription payment. Details of this fee are available on our Pricing or FAQ page.
We do not process or issue refunds. Refund requests must be addressed directly with the content creator.
Creators are responsible for delivering the content promised under subscription tiers.
Consider: Will there be tools for resolving creator/subscriber disputes?
All users must behave respectfully in comments, messages, and content interactions.
You must not impersonate others, falsely claim affiliations, or mislead users.
Content that is flagged repeatedly or deemed harmful may be removed.
Wizzl reserves the right to moderate content as necessary for safety, legal compliance, or community well-being.
What moderation tools will be made available to creators and users?
Wizzl may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws.
We may also suspend your account if your payment or identity verification fails or is flagged as fraudulent.
Users whose accounts are terminated may lose access to all data, subscriptions, and uploaded content.
If made available, Wizzl’s public API can be used to access certain types of content (e.g., public post metadata, embeds).
Use of the API must comply with rate limits, authentication rules, and any additional documentation or policies.
The API may not be used for scraping, harvesting personal data, or creating harmful services.
Will there be a developer terms agreement or access approval process?
The Wizzl platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any user-generated content or damages caused by third parties or external services (e.g., payment processors).
We do not guarantee uptime, security, or data backup, though we strive to maintain reliable service.
Is there a disaster recovery or data retention policy that should be referenced?
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hungary.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page along with the new effective date.
Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Users retain ownership of the content they post. By posting, you grant Wizzl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform functionality.
Wizzl’s name, logo, and design elements are intellectual property owned by us. You may not use them without permission.
