💼 General Billing

Wizzl Pro costs $9 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your location.

You will be charged immediately when you subscribe and then automatically on the same day each month.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users only. A valid card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.

📋 Subscription Management

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your subscription dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

At the end of your billing period, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. Your data will be preserved, but Pro features will no longer be available.

Yes. You can reactivate your subscription anytime before the end of your billing period.

Click the Upgrade to Pro button from your subscription dashboard or the pricing page.

💳 Payments & Invoices

If a payment fails, we automatically retry it and notify you by email. You can update your payment method or retry the payment manually.

You can update your payment method from the billing management section.

Invoices are emailed after each payment and are also available in your billing dashboard.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

🔒 Security & Privacy

Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Your card information never touches our servers.

Payment data is stored securely by Stripe, and account data is stored on encrypted servers. We are fully GDPR compliant.

Yes. By using Stripe, we maintain PCI compliance without directly handling card data.

🇪🇺 GDPR & Data Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, request data portability, and object to processing.

You can request full account and data deletion via email. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Yes. You can request a complete export of your personal data in a machine-readable format.

We only use essential cookies and require explicit consent for payment processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
